Eligibility

  • To have access to SOFY’s ‘Another Day In Paradise’ Mixtape Launch Party:

  • Pre-order any format of ‘Another Day In Paradise’ from the official SOFY store before midnight GMT on Thursday, 27th February 2025, OR

  • No purchase necessary by signing up with your email in the designated box at the top of the page.

  • All previous pre-orders will immediately qualify for entry.

You Will Receive 

  • Entries will receive free access to SOFY’s ‘Another Day In Paradise’ Mixtape Launch Party on Wednesday 5th March 2025 which will include a mixtape first listen, acoustic performance, and merch giveaway 

  • The listening party will take place in east London.

  • You will be notified of the secret location and a link to RSVP via email on Friday 28th February 2025

  • The access to the listening party is:

  • Non-transferable.

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative.

  • Does not include travel or accommodation costs.

Entry Details

  • Entry is limited to one per person

  • You are allowed to bring one plus one to the event which you can confirm when you RSVP. 

  • Your entry will be linked to:

  • The email address used to place your pre-order, OR

  • The email address provided during the no-purchase entry process.

  • Ensure the email address provided is accurate and accessible.

General

SOFY is not responsible for:

  • Any technical issues, such as email delivery problems, that prevent entry or notification.

  • Travel or accommodation expenses for attending the listening party.

If you have opted out of marketing emails, you may not receive the notification email.

By entering, participants agree to these terms and conditions and consent to being contacted via email regarding the competition.

  • Personal data collected for this competition will be processed in accordance with SOFY’s Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by English law.

  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
